John :  Excellent.  One day of the year of 2007 too,   I put a glass of water on my balcony.  You guess what happen ? Kelvin hack the satellite of America and then Kelvin focus the camera on my balcony and then Kelvin take a photo of it and then Kelvin publish this photo on the World Wide Web. 

Me: In the matter of a glass of water of the balcony, did Kelvin show off in front of any spy?

John : I have no clue.  Why?

1) In the matter of my neighbour,  because,  the staff of the land department of Hong Kong make fun of my neighbour,  therefore,  I know that Kelvin has shown off in front of the staff of the Land department of Hong Kong. 

2) However,  in the matter of a glass of water of the Balcony,  there is no spy making fun of me.  There is only Kelvin making fun of me, therefore,  I can't suppose whether Kelvin has shown off in front of any spy or not.

Michael:  Hey! John.  In the matter of a glass of water of the balcony, there isn't any spy making fun of you. However,  you can't assume that Kelvin didn't show off in front of any spy. Maybe,  Kelvin has shown off in front of an America's spy who is living in New York.  How would a spy of New York come to Hong Kong to make fun of you. 

John : What do you  think?

Michael: Pretty simple.  In  the matter of a glass of water of the balcony,  Kelvin has shown off in front of the spies and those spies aren't Arabia's spies , nor are those spies Chinese spies. Those spies are America's spies.
