John: The definition of improvised explosive devices is that the device is extremely small, however, it is highly destructive. Have a look at this article.  https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2001_Shijiazhuang_bombings . At that time, Albert use the satellite to protect Mr. Jin. So that, nobody witness that Mr. Jin plant the bombs. It happen in the year of 2020. There is a park about 2000 meters away from my home. You guess what happen?

.

Kelvin (during the year of 2020): There is a park 2000 meters away from the home of John.  I use the satellite to protect you. You put a bomb at the flower planters of the park. Nobody witness that .

Mr. Fong (a spy from Hong Kong): Will the bombs explode?

Kelvin: No, the bombs won't explode.

Mr. Fong: Then, it is meaningless.

Kelvin: The point isn't to kill the pagans.

Mr. Fong: It isn't.

Kelvin: No, it isn't.

Mr. Fong: So, what's the point of it?

Kelvin: The point is that you use this "scarced" occassion to learn how to hack the satellite.

Mr. Fong: Learning?

Kelvin: Yes,. It's for learning.

.

One day, Albert is so angry. He pat on the desk top and say,

.

Albert: Why did I use the satellite to protect Mr. Jin?

Bradley: You don't wanna let anybody witness that.  You wanna genocide the pagans successfully.

Albert: Good. However, Kelvin said to Mr  Fong the point of putting the bombs at the flower planter isn't to genocide the pagans. The point is that Mr  Fong can use this "scarced" occassion to learn how to hack the satellite.

Bradley: So, the bombs didn't explode.

Albert (shaking head): No, the bombs didn't explode.

Bradley: How do we handle Kelvin and Mr. Fong?

Albert: Murder them.
