John : See the Picture above.  If the cache is able to output their value to the line of  parallel output,  the line of parallel output must be in a down cycle. 

Me: In another words,  the cache is at high position and the parallel output line is at low position. 

John : Yes,   If the parallel output line is at high position and the cache is at low position,  the "resistance" is too high.  If the resistance is too high,  the cache can't output their value to the line of parallel output.

1) The line of parallel output is the branch of RJ45 Clock line.

2) The line of parallel output is the base of the modulator.
