John : See the 1st picture. The source of power of the modulator is from the clock line.

Me: If the clock line is at up cycle,  there's power. And the current flow from positive to negative. 

John: And, at the sametime,  the gate side is at the Up Cycle too. Therefore,  the current flow from positive to "Ground".

Me: If the Clock line is at dawn cycle,  there's no power in the modulator and there's no parallel input.

John: Correct.

Me: The source of power of the modulator can be from the Clock line of RJ45 Or from the clock line of Satellite's antenna.  In another words, the speed of the modulator isn't fixed.

John : If I wanna change the settings of a Satellite's receiver,  I can set it through the RJ45 Clock line or Satellite's antenna's clock line.

Me: Correct. I can change the settings of an America's Satellite's receiver through my home computer.
