It mention about dual Modulators, e.g., the modulator of Data and the modulator of controller. In Microsoft,  we use the term of Data bus instead of parallel input output line. In Microsoft,  we use the term of Control bus instead of Load/Shift line,  Parallel output available line and Left/Right Shift line.
