There're 3 level of poison. Level 3 let the victims be uncomfortable for one week and then the victims recover. Level 2 let the victims die within 1 week.  Level 1 let the victims die immediately.

Kelvin : The poison which let John's father die is level one.

Mr. Leung : That mean John's father die immediately. 

Kelvin : Yes,  after the death of John's father, you pretend to have tried your best and you lie to John that from 6:pm to 8:pm, you tried to rescue John's father.  However,  John's father suddenly die from heart attack. 

Mr. Leung : I seldom tell lie in the hospital. 

Kelvin : Can't you unpresedentally lie be dishonest and mature?

Mr. Leung : If I'm not as guilty as the high level spy of the hospital,  if I can learn the hacking techniques and learn how to use the poison,  I will unpresedentally lie, be dishonest and mature.

Kelvin: Good.  Do it.
