Me: Ok.

John : See the 1st photo. The source of power of the modulator is from the clock line of RJ45.

Me: If the clock line of RJ45 is at up cycle,  there's power. 

John: And, at the sametime,  the base of the modulator is at the Up Cycle too. 

Me: If the Clock line of RJ45 is at the down cycle,  there's no power for the modulator and the modulator is cut off and the modulator output nothing.

John: Correct.

Me: The source of power of the modulator can be from the Clock line of RJ45 or from the clock line of Satellite's antenna.  In another words, the speed of the modulator isn't fixed.
