John: It's pretty simple. It happen at 1500pm. Kelvin is a New Yorker. Me is a Hong Konger. We have 12 hours time-zone difference. 1500pm of Hong Kong is 0300am of New York. At that time, Kelvin is on his bed sleeping. He couldn't be awake staring at the monitor.

Me: Mr. Gao is Kelvin's deputy. He's an ethnic Chinese. Yet, he has a Green card.
John: He's Americans. He long term stay in Beijing. Beijing is at the same time zone of me.

Me: Take a look. To let your Chip burn,

1) We need a machine to detect the physical address of the "electrical socket" of your Chip B.
2) This machine can create a signal to the power plant.
3) Finally, the power plant send a signal to this "electrical socket". Chip B burn.

Me: This machine can't be in Beijing. It must be in New York. Even the America's army don't have such a machine not to mention Kelvin's deputy, e.g., Mr. Gao.

John: In fact, Kelvin gave a hacker's package to Mr. Gao. When Mr. Gao press a button, a signal will go from Mr. Gao's computer of Beijing to this super machine in New York.

Me: And then ?

John: And then, this super machine of New York will on behalf of Mr. Gao do the rest of the job.
