Kelvin (during the year of 2020): John is an example.  He's surveillanced by the satellite.  It's educational.  There is a park 500 meters away from the home of John. I use the satellite to protect you. You put a "fake" bomb at the flower planters of the park. Nobody witness that . 

Mr. Fong: A "fake" bombs is meaningless.

Kelvin: The point isn't to kill people. The point is that you use this "scarced" occassion to learn how to hack the satellite.

Bradley : Kill those students,  e.g., Mr. Fong. Stop hacking the satellite anymore. 

Kelvin: Please.  It's just for fun. I'm not gonna teach him any hacking techniques. 

Bradley: I don't care.  Kill him still.

Miuson : You told Bradley that it is just for fun.  You're not gonna teach him any hacking techniques.

Miuson look at the sky and take a deep sigh and say,

Miuson : I killed 250 people in the incident of Malaysia's airplane.  Why ? I warned Bradley, "Don't touch Kelvin's students,  e.g., Mr. Fong. They are under my shelter. ".
