Me: What does it mean by real Infection ?

John: Rat A carry the virus. Rat A contact rat B.  Rat B get infected. It is real Infection. 

Me: What does Fake Infection mean ?

John: Fake Infection mean that Kelvin implant a tracking-chip in Rat A. Kelvin detect Rat A contact Rat B. Kelvin catch Rat B and then implant a tracking-chip in Rat B. It's Fake Infection. Give you 2 example of Real Infection .
