It is unacceptable that Kelvin use the satellite to hack you on January and April of the year of 2020. During these 2 attacks, Kelvin demonstrate to two different spies of Hong Kong how to hack the satellite. It become private tutorial. Why didn't Kelvin open a public lecture?
