John : See the Picture above. There's a register called R0. If R0 is able to output their value onto the line of parallel output, the RJ45's Clock line must be in a down cycle.
Me: In another words, R0 is at high position and the RJ45's Clock line is at low position.
John : Yes, If the RJ45's Clock line is at high position and the R0 is at low position, the "resistance" is too high. If the resistance is too high, R0 can't output their value to the line of parallel output.

1) The line of parallel output is the branch of RJ45 Clock line.

2) The RJ45's Clock line is the base of the modulator of RJ45.
